In an exclusive interview with 9Entertainment, Nate and Georgia revealed how they split for a short while after the Villa before rekindling their romance.
“After we left and got back to Sydney we tried to give it a go, but life was really hectic so we had a bit of a break,” Georgia explained.
But after having some time to themselves and adjusting to real life, the pair began speaking again and realised there was still “a spark” between them.
“We just started talking again and we were just like ‘Damn, there’s obviously still a flame here’,” Georgia said.
“Our journey is definitely not finished, we’re definitely together,” she confirmed.
While Nate added: ”We’re definitely doing better than we were towards the end of the Villa, that’s for sure.”
“I’d love for us to work out and develop a connection where we want to push it to the next stage,” he said.
”It feels like it’s going in that direction.”
With the pair both living in Sydney there’s only a short drive between them, and have made plenty of time to see one another.
“He’s been great, he’s been planning stuff and tells me things like, ‘Hey, I’m coming to see you on Friday, be ready’,” Georgia beamed.
